Eric Church Concert
What: Eric Church’s Blood, Sweat & Beers Tour will perform.

Flicks for Thought – Farmageddon
What: The Flicks for Thought independent film series is a partnership between Greenville Organic Foods Organization and Upstate Forever. Film screenings and a light reception will be held every Thursday evening, and a new matinee screening each Sunday in February.
When: Thursday, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday, 3 to 5 p.m.
Where: Upcountry History Museum, 540 Buncombe St., Greenville.

African American Artists of Spartanburg
What: The Chapman Cultural Center hosts an exhibit featuring African American artists of Spartanburg and collections of local African American paintings, pottery and sculptures.
When: Thursday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Chapman Cultural Center, 200 E. Saint John St., Spartanburg.
Cost: $4 for adults; $3 for seniors and veterans; and $2 for kids.

Salsa Night
What: Salsa Greenville hosts a salsa lesson. No partner required.
When: Thursday, 8:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Where: Studio 54, 3715 E. North St., Greenville.

Throwback Thursdays
What: B93.7 and Blu Martini host Throwback Thursdays with drink specials, free prizes and no cover.
When: Thursday, 10 p.m. to midnight.
Where: Blu Martini, 1 College St., Greenville.
Cost: No cover.

What: The Warehouse Theatre puts on Cabaret. Shannon Robert Willkommen directs. Will Ragland stars as The Emcee and Katie Rockwell stars as Sally Bowles.

Friday Starry Nights: Oasis in Space
What: The Roper Mountain Science Center in Greenville hosts shows at the Daniel Observatory to observe the stars and planets seen through the eighth largest telescope of its kind in the nation.
When: Friday, 7 p.m. or 8:15 p.m.
Where: Roper Mountain Science Center, 402 Roper Mountain Road, Greenville.
Cost: $5 for adults; $4 for children, ages 5 to 12, and for senior citizens, age 60 and older.

Wroclaw Philharmonic Preview
What: This celebrated full orchestra hails from a city that once hosted Wagner and Brahms. Now they will perform Dvorak, including Cello Concerto in B Minor, Op.104, with soloist Maciej Mlodawski.
When: Friday, 7:30 p.m.
Where: Peace Center, 300 S. Main St., Greenville.

Alchemy Improv Comedy
What: Alchemy Improv Comedy entertains audiences every Friday night with a different guest storyteller each week. It’s fully improvised.
When: Friday, 9:30 to 10:45 p.m.

Coffee and Poetry at Coffee Underground
What: Bring your own poems to read or perform. Beginners welcome. All poetry styles welcome.

Laura Spong: Chasing the Undertow
What: Laura Spong is a non-objective painter. This art exhibit will focus on the evolution of Spong's abstract expressionist style.
