EDTS has announced the acquisition of Axios Data LLC of Augusta, Ga.
All customers of the former Axios Data will be transferred to EDTS effective immediately. Axios’ executive center office will transfer all operations to EDTS’ 11,000-square-foot operations center on Broad Street in Augusta.
Terms of the transaction were not released.
EDTS is a technology consulting firm that provides networking, security and managed services support solutions for businesses across the Southeast. The company maintains a second office in Greenville.

Former Axios Data President Paul Pelletier will join EDTS as a network and security consultant, as part of the transaction.

With the acquisition completed, the combined team will encompass more than 40 information-technology professionals.

Founded in 1999, EDTS serves clients in the health care, manufacturing, distribution, logistics and professional services sectors, as well as state and local government.
