Windsor/Aughtry Co. Inc. of Greenville announced the sale of its Hampton Inn & Suites in Tallahassee, Fla. for $12.35 million.

The commercial real estate company developed the hotel for AHG Hotels LLC in 2004.

A joint venture of DeBartolo Development and Banyan Tree Cos. purchased the property, according to a news release.

Bo Aughtry of AHG Hotels LLC said the company intends to sell one or two additional hotels from its portfolio in the coming months. AHG currently has a Hampton Inn & Suites under construction in Baton Rouge, La., and one under development in Roanoke, Va.
