TATT celebrates Upstate organizations

Staff Report
Published Nov. 12, 2012

Ten at the Top will celebrate the success of Upstate businesses, organizations and local communities during its event on Thursday.

The forum will recognize organizations or initiatives that are having a significant impact across the region in five key areas: human potential, economic and entrepreneurial vitality, sustainable growth, natural beauty and resources, and community vibrancy.

The event will also recognize organizations and programs celebrating milestone anniversaries in 2012.

Tommy Spaulding, national speaker and author of the best-selling book It’s Not Just Who You Know, will be the keynote speaker. Spaulding has been recognized by Meetings & Conventions Magazine as one of the best personal development speakers in the country.

The event is free and open to the public. It will be from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Greenville Technical College in the J. Verne Smith Technical Research Center Auditorium at 620 S. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville. A networking reception will immediately follow the forum. Register online. More than 200 people have registered thus far.

This event is the final of four regional forums, as part of the “Our Upstate Vision Forum” series, which was hosted by Ten at the Top at various Upstate locations throughout the year.
