A portion of Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greenville will undergo streetscaping.
The city of Greenville is accepting bids from contractors for the project on Wade Hampton Boulevard between Earle Street and North Pleasantburg Drive.
The Wade Hampton Boulevard Streetscape Project includes clearing the area, planting trees and other vegetation, landscaping, and implementing erosion and sediment control devices. Trees will be planted on both sides of Wade Hampton Boulevard.
The work must be completed within 30 calendar days upon award of the project.
The contractor must furnish all trees, labor, equipment and services required to complete work. The contractor also must coordinate with utility companies and the S.C. Department of Transportation.
Bid packets containing the drawings may be obtained online or on the seventh floor of City Hall, 206 S. Main St., Greenville. Bids are due Jan. 28 by 2 p.m.
