Greenville mortgage company provides $28.5M in loans

Q10 Professional Mortgage Co. recently arranged $28.5 million in loans for three developments in the Carolinas.

The company arranged a $6 million fixed-rate permanent loan for the 48-unit 100 East Apartments, located at 100 E. Washington St. in downtown Greenville.

It also arranged a $4 million fixed-rate, fully amortizing, permanent loan on the Union Station shopping center, located at 320 N. Duncan Bypass in Union. The center is anchored by a 45,728-square-foot Food Lion.

It also provided an $18.5 million fixed-rate permanent loan on the 257-unit Verde Vista Apartments, located at 4110 Verde Vista Circle in Asheville. Both Verde Vista and 100 East Apartments are projects of Greenville-based Davis Property Group.

The above multifamily transactions were for the portfolio of an institutional lender that Q10 Professional Mortgage Co. represents as a loan correspondent. Q10 Professional Mortgage Co. will service the apartment loans.
