BMW of North America reported its domestic sales continued to tumble in the month of November.

According to the company, brand sales dropped 18.2% in the month as 26,189 vehicles sold compared to 32,003 sold in November 2015. Over the first 11 months of 2016, BMW brand sales are of 10% compared to the same time a year ago.

The South Carolina-produced X5 had a strong month as domestic sales of the model jumped 18.4%, although annual sales of the model are down 15.1%. The X4 model suffered a 29.2% decrease in sales for the month while the X3 and X6 both dropped just over 9%. For the year, X model sales are up 2.3% over 2015 with 91,527 X models sold compared to 89,449 sold the previous year.

Despite a 9.1% drop in sales in November, the X3 model is the third-highest seller in the BMW brand lineup for the year with 39,218 vehicles sold — a 36.2% jump from the 28,798 sold in the first 11 months of 2015.

The BMW 7 Series also continued its strong performance for the year as sales jumped 18% in November and are up 44.6% for the year.

“Only a month remains in this year and we are beginning to bid farewell to the current generation 5 Series and getting ready to welcome the all-new BMW 5 Series which will make its world debut at the Detroit Auto Show in January,” said Ludwig Willisch, president and CEO, BMW of North America, in a statement. “The dynamic driving character of the new 5 Series will be a complement to our 7 Series and make for a stronger model lineup heading into 2017.”

Mini USA reported its brand sales ticked up 1.4% in November with 4,507 vehicles sold during the month. For the year, however, Mini sales are down 11.5% in the U.S. compared to the first 11 months of 2015.

Both BMW and Mini pre-owned sales set monthly sales records in November. BMW pre-owned sales were 19,995, a 43.2% increase from 2015 while Mini pre-owned sales were 2,265, an 18.8% jump from a year ago.
