An Italian manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive materials is investing $15 million in its Spartanburg County operation.
Ritrama has invested more than $100 million in its Upstate facility since announcing plans to locate its North American headquarters here in October.
The latest investment will be used to add additional equipment to the 350,000-square-foot facility located near the intersection of Interstate Highway 26 and U.S. Highway 221 in Moore.
“Our community, region and state are dedicated to providing the support to help them continue on a path of success,” said David Britt, chairman of the Economic Development Committee of the Spartanburg County Council, in a news release.
Their products include single and double-sided tape, roll labels, offset sheets and adhesives used in the automotive industry.
