The following commercial real estate transactions were recently completed in the Upstate. Andy Hayes and Ben Hines of Spencer/Hines Properties, were representatives in the sale of a 60,000-square-foot industrial building at 1751 Union St. in Spartanburg. Arthur State Bank was the seller and Wherekirk Properties LLC was the purchaser. Purchase price was $275,000.

Tabitha Cooper and Rob Howell of Avison Young represented Thomerson & Freeman PC in the leasing of 2,800 square feet of office space at 607 Pendleton St. in Greenville. Mark Ratchford of KDS Commercial Properties represented the landlord, Borck Associates LP.

John Powell of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Kenneth Black, Jr., in the sale of a 24,600-square-foot industrial building at 101 Control Drive in Anderson to Rickie and Gary Yank Sefton. 

Brian Young, Elliott Fayssoux and Kacie Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented Ste-Lar Textiles in the sale of a 60,000-square-foot industrial building on 5.9 acres at 5969 Highway 21 in Roebuck to Wolverine Coatings. The price for the facility, including Ste-Lar Textiles’ operations, was $1,375,000.

Richard Jackson of Colliers International — South Carolina represented Eberspaecher North America Inc. in the sublease of 76,800 square feet at 65 Brookfield Oaks Drive to Baier & Michel USA Inc.

Earle Furman of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Sean McNalley, in the sale of a 4,400-square-foot office building located at 2 Williams St. in Greenville to Joe’s Place LLC.

Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Smith Pipe Dream LLC in the sale of a 25,350-square-foot industrial building on 3 acres at 2100 Drayton Road in Spartanburg to Blue Ridge Cabinetworks LLC who was represented by Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties.

Edward Wilson and Rachel Veltri of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the landlord in the lease of 1,500-square-feet of office space in Creekside Professional Village at 68 Pointe Circle in Greenville. Corridor Mortgage Group leased the space.

Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers International — South Carolina represented the landlord, New Market Fairview LLC in the lease of 2,520 square feet at 655 Fairview Road, Ste. J in Simpsonville to The Nail Lounge.
