Andy Hayes and Ben Hines of Spencer/Hines Properties, were representatives in the sale of a 60,000-square-foot industrial building at 1751 Union St. in Spartanburg. Arthur State Bank was the seller and Wherekirk Properties LLC was the purchaser. Purchase price was $275,000.
Tabitha Cooper and Rob Howell of Avison Young represented Thomerson & Freeman PC in the leasing of 2,800 square feet of office space at 607 Pendleton St. in Greenville. Mark Ratchford of KDS Commercial Properties represented the landlord, Borck Associates LP.
John Powell of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Kenneth Black, Jr., in the sale of a 24,600-square-foot industrial building at 101 Control Drive in Anderson to Rickie and Gary Yank Sefton.
Brian Young, Elliott Fayssoux and Kacie Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented Ste-Lar Textiles in the sale of a 60,000-square-foot industrial building on 5.9 acres at 5969 Highway 21 in Roebuck to Wolverine Coatings. The price for the facility, including Ste-Lar Textiles’ operations, was $1,375,000.
