Lyons Industrial Properties negotiated the sale of 25.75 acres to Daimler Freightliner in Gaffney. Daimler plans to house a 200,000-square-foot logistics center for its operations. Groundbreaking for the new facility is expected in spring 2017.

Kevin Pogue of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, in the sale of 35.96 acres of vacant land located at the intersection of Upper Valley Falls and North Pine Road in Spartanburg to Pentair Flow Control Co. 

Bill Fayssoux and Michael Spiers of Windsor Aughtry Company Inc. represented Goodwill in the purchase of a 3.5 acre site for future growth in Lexington, SC.

Jimmy Wright and Ted Lyerly of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, O Inc., in leasing 2,288 square feet of retail space at 393 Whitney Road in Spartanburg to Ling Jiang. 

Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman represented the purchaser, 138 Dillon Drive LLC, in purchasing an 11,200-square-foot office building located at 138 Dillon Drive in Spartanburg from William Wright.
