Two apartment complexes in Spartanburg recently sold to separate buyers for a combined total of $17.8 million, according to NAI Earle Furman’s multifamily division, which represented the sellers in both transactions.
In a news release, Woodland Apartments and Campus Edge Apartments were both fully occupied at the time of the sales.
Campus Edge Apartments, located at 1000 Pinegate Drive, is a 288 unit student housing property that sold for $14 million to Upstate Campus Edge LLC. The buyer was not represented in the sale, according to NAI Earle Furman.
Woodland Apartments, located at 180 South Pine Street, is a 100-unit apartment complex that was sold for $3.8 million and was fully occupied at the time of the sale. Holiday Park LLC purchased the property and was not represented in the transaction.
