Property manager Monument expands presence in Spartanburg

Monument Real Estate Services is expanding its property management with two more properties in Spartanburg.

The Miami-based company has been hired to manage Quail Pointe Apartments and Hidden Park Apartments, according to a news release; the company currently manages the Park Square and Magnolia Townhomes complexes.

Both new complexes house 100 units, bringing Monument's total number of managed units in South Carolina to 1,697, according to the release.

“We are pleased to continue expanding our South Carolina footprint with the addition of Hidden Park Apartments and Quail Pointe Apartments to the Monument portfolio,” Gregory J. Lozinak, CEO of Monument Real Estate Services, said in the release. “We are proud to serve these communities and their residents.”

Hidden Park Apartments is situated on 8 acres and features six two-story buildings comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. It is located at 320 Spruce St. Quail Pointe Apartments, situated on 7 acres, is located at 460 E. Blackstock Road and has one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units across 11 two-story buildings and one single-story building.

The firm’s additional properties throughout South Carolina include Hampton Forest, Reserve at Cavalier and Park West in Greenville; and St. Andrews, Peachtree Place and Country Walk in Columbia. Monument Real Estate Services currently manages 60 communities across 10 states throughout the country.
