The Greenville Transit Authority is seeking out public input for its transit service. The consulting firm of Connetics Transportation Group is conducting a Comprehensive Operational Analysis of the transit system. According to Greenlink, the project includes tracking on-boarding and off-loading of passengers at every stop, evaluating bus route efficiency and analyzing service delivery. The study will include public meetings and community surveys. Greenlink officials said the study is aimed at finding improvements that can be made without increasing revenue. There is a 10-question survey available to the public now that will remain open until March 24.
