Enjoy an evening at The Spotted Salamander experiencing fantastic cuisine while making a difference for wildlife. SCWF’s Jay Keck will talk you through each of the 6 courses, all named after threatened species of birds, and explain how you can help increase the population of these precious creatures in your own back yard.
