Lace up your running shoes and mark your calendars because the 46th Annual United Community Reedy River Run and Festival is Saturday, April 20. This year, the finish line for both the 5K and 10K races will be at the site of the new United Community headquarters on Camperdown Way. The race will once again be in collaboration with the Greenville Track Club.

To welcome the community to its new, $65 million headquarters and state-of-the-art downtown branch location, United will host a free family-friendly festival. The event will take place during and after the race, providing a space for runners and their families to celebrate their accomplishments together and enjoy the day.

“We are excited to bring the finish line right to the doorstep of United’s new headquarters,” said Michelle Seaver, President of Greenville, Spartanburg and Cherokee counties for United. “We have been a proud sponsor of the United Community Reedy River Run for four years, but to add this festival to the event and welcome our community to our new home in Greenville makes our new headquarters that much more special.”

The United Community Reedy River Run Festival will include:

• Awards Ceremony: Celebrate the achievements of the race participants and cheer on the winners.
• Food: Indulge in an array of culinary delights offered by various vendors.
• Vendor Shopping: Explore a diverse range of vendors offering unique goods and merchandise, perfect for post-race shopping.
• Kid-Friendly Activities: Keep the little ones entertained with fun activities tailored just for them.
• Live Music: Groove to the beats of a well-known, local family-friendly DJ.
• Selfie Area: Capture moments with friends and family against the backdrop of the bustling festival atmosphere.

Greenville Track Club (GTC) organized the first Reedy River Run in 1978 and will be joining United for the club’s 46th year organizing the race.
