So he enrolled in the Greer Development Corp.’s The Platform at Greer Bootcamp for entrepreneurs.

“When I came to the The Platform at Greer Bootcamp in March of this year, we were in the beginning stages of our business,” he said in a news release. “We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but not how we could accomplish it. Through the help of The Platform coaches and mentors, we were able to take our vision and develop it into a tangible product that we hope the community will enjoy.”

Greenville Christmas Trees will sell evergreens but is also staging a festival-like experience at Arran Farms geared toward families.

Christmas at the Farm will feature food trucks, artisan vendors, s’more roasts, games and other activities from Nov. 26 to 28.

“We wanted to move away from the ordinary ‘parking lot’ Christmas trees, to an experience where families can spend an extended period of time together creating memories that will last,” Pahl said in the release. “This way families can get the Christmas tree farm feel without having to drive hours north into the mountains.”

The Platform at Greer Bootcamp is a two-day immersive program for local businesses and entrepreneurs. Classes are led by a team of coaches that work with business owners and entrepreneurs who are eager for growth and looking to accelerate.

The next class will begin March 3, 2022.

“It has been exciting to watch the entrepreneurial spirit of Greenville Christmas Trees thrive within The Platform at Greer’s programs and coaching,” Reno Deaton, Greer Development Corp. executive director, said in the release. “We look forward to seeing what they will continue to accomplish as their business grows.”

Christmas at the Farm will be open on Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Tickets are $7 and have been sold out on Fridays.
