The equestrian- and agricultural-friendly gated community encompasses six lots of three or more acres with mature hardwoods and “ample privacy,” according to a news release.

“We are honored to work with successful and well-known partners like Jimmy Francis and Mark Chermak,” Erika DeRoberts, senior vice president of builder relations and broker in charge of Coldwell Banker Caine, said in the release. “Polo Reserve is a rare opportunity to build a personalized dream home while having privacy, acreage, in a choice location that is central to many Upstate hubs.”

Stephanie Burger, a relator with Coldwell Banker Caine, serves as the sales agent for the neighborhood. Coldwell Banker Caine offers residential and commercial real estate services across Greenville, Spartanburg, Oconee and Pickens counties.
