The downtown facility, renovated on both the inside and outside, will become a full-service dialysis clinic with 21 patient chairs operated by U.S. Renal Care, according to a news release.

Alex Roush Architects is designing the clinic, expected to reach completion in the third quarter of 2021.

“Building strong communities is core to Brasfield & Gorrie’s purpose, and we are honored to work alongside owner DVP of Easley to make dialysis more readily available to Easley residents,” Ben Barfield, vice president and division manager of Brasfield & Gorrie, said in the release.

Brasfield & Gorrie has worked in South Carolina for nearly 40 years and opened a full-service, brick and mortar office in Greenville in 2013, according to the news release. The general contractor has worked on nearly 200 projects in South Carolina and has 12 offices and 3,000 employees across the country.
