CRG adding spec building in Duncan

Listen to this articlePrivate real estate firm CRG has purchased approximately 39.32 acres of land in Duncan, near Inland Port Greer, with plans to build a port-adjacent speculative building, The Cubes at Inland Woods.
This is the second spec building for CRG. The Cubes at Inland 85 is under construction and will offer approximately 500,280 square feet of industrial space for lease. The space is expandable to more than 1 million square feet, according to a news release.
Clayco is the design-builder on the project, and its subsidiary, BatesForum, is the architect. Colliers International will manage the leasing of the new building. The capital source was arranged by The Net Lease Group in Atlanta.
