Due South Coffee making some changes

Some changes are taking place for Due South Coffee Roasters. First, the company is moving its roasting facility and operations from Taylors to Hampton Station in Greenville. And second, the retailer is planning a new location at The Commons, located within the new proposed city park at 159 Welborn Street.

The Hampton Station location is expected to be open by January 2018. The Commons location is expected to open in the summer of 2018.

“Due South is proud to join Hampton Station’s vibrant community of startups, entrepreneurs, artisans and visionaries fueling the energy and growth of the up-and-coming Water Tower District of West Greenville,” said Patrick McInerney, co-founder of Due South Coffee, in a news release. “Due South is looking forward to making Hampton Station its new home as we expand our wholesale and retail operations. With such a convenient location to our wholesale partners and our retail customers, we feel we are well positioned for our continued growth.

“Coffee and community are inseparable,” he said. “With these two new locations, we feel that we are much better poised to serve the Greenville community.”
