Larkin’s hires new culinary director

Larkin’s Restaurants has named Chef Adam Hayes its new culinary director. He will head the culinary team for Larkin’s on the River, Limoncello, Grill Marks Brands and Larkins Catering and Events. He will work with executive chef Sarah Dake at Limoncello, sous-chef Alex Darrington at Larkin’s on the River and chef Logan Smith from Larkins Culinary team, according to a news release.

Hayes has hosted two dinners at the James Beard house and won the Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen,” according to the release. Prior to joining Larkin’s, he worked in restaurants in North Carolina and Florida, including Red Stag Grill at the Grand Bohemian, Canyon Kitchen and Barnsley Resort.
