The firm of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLC opened its seventh location in the Southeast region at 300 E. McBee Ave. in downtown Greenville. It is the firm’s fourth location in South Carolina and the second in the Upstate along with its office in Spartanburg.
According to the firm, the Greenville location will serve areas including public finance law, economic development, business law and commercial litigation. The new office will be managed by firm partner Michael Kozlarek.
“The Greenville area is one of the fastest growing regions in the state, and we are pleased to announce a new Upstate location to complement our strong team and client presence in Columbia, Charleston and Spartanburg,” Kozlarek said, in a press release. “My team and I look forward to serving this continued growth and the I-85 business corridor.”
Kozlarek — who focuses his practice on public finance, economic development, tax disputes and general municipal law for state and local governments and business — will be joined in the Greenville office by Madison Felder. Felder focuses on local, state and federal tax issues related to public finance transactions and economic development.
The new office will be at the East McBee Avenue location until later this year, when it will move into a newly constructed office building at 110 E. Court St. in the North of Broad district of downtown Greenville.
