HTI named Michelin Global Supplier of the Year

Greenville-based Human Technologies Inc. has been named Global Supplier of the Year by Michelin Group. HTI was selected as one of five companies to receive this award from more than 50,000 global suppliers.

HTI was nominated by Greenville-based Michelin North America and reviewed during an evaluation process that emphasizes excellence in four domains – quality of products or services provided, added value they create for Michelin, innovation and corporate social responsibility, according to a news release. HTI was the sole recipient in the field of services purchasing and the only North American company to be honored. The awards ceremony took place in Clermont-Ferrand, France. 

“Receiving the Michelin Global Supplier of the Year award has been one of the greatest honors bestowed upon HTI,” said Herb Dew, HTI CEO, in the release. “It is a testament to our hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence. Michelin’s equally strong commitment to people and innovation makes this partnership mutually rewarding.”

HTI partners with Michelin to provide project management services and contingent outsourcing of labor for light industrial projects at five Michelin North America locations.
