Fairway Subaru ‘shares the love’ with Meals on Wheels

Fairway Subaru’s Foster McKissick recently presented Meals on Wheels of Greenville with proceeds from the 2016-2017 Subaru Share the Love Event on behalf of Subaru of America, Inc. The funds from Share the Love will provide 2,283 meals for the homebound clients of Meals on Wheels.

“We are pleased to partner with Meals on Wheels of Greenville to help provide hot meals for individuals in need throughout Greenville County,” McKissick said, in a news release. “Through the Subaru Share the Love Event and Subaru of America, Inc., these funds continue to make an impact in our community, and we’re grateful to be a part of the program again this year.”

As a part of Share the Love, which ran from Nov. 17, 2016 through Jan. 3, 2017, Fairway Subaru donated $250 for every new vehicle sold or leased to the customer’s choice of four national charities or Meals on Wheels of Greenville.
