The Wells Fargo Center in downtown Greenville has reached 100% occupancy in its retail space.

According to Colliers International — South Carolina, Scott Burgess and Lance Byars represented building owner Caprocq Greenville LLC in the leasing of 1,590 square feet to Tropical Grille, a Cuban quick-service restaurant.

The addition is an expansion for Tropical Grille which has locations on Woodruff Road, Pelham Road, SC-14 and Rolling Hills Circle in the Upstate.

Colliers began leasing, property management and project management of the Wells Fargo Center on Dec. 1, 2016 following Caprocq’s purchase of the building. In February, a 10-year lease was signed for space formerly occupied by Pita Pit and the most recent retail space lease is for six years, according to Colliers.

“We have been blown away by the service from Colliers. Lance and Scott began prospecting before we even closed on the property and they had two deals waiting for us on day one of ownership,” said Dewitt Smith, principal of Caprocq Greenville LLC, in a news release announcing the occupancy.
