The following commercial real estate transactions were recently completed in the Upstate. For weekly updates on commercial deals, see the Hot Properties feature every Tuesday in the GSA Business Report Daily email.

Ross Kester and Jeff Day of Pintail Capital Partners were the agents in the sale of 6,900-square-foot medical office building located at 1250 John B. White Senior Boulevard in Spartanburg by Petrus Properties LLC to Wolfram Enterprises LLC.

Andy Hayes, Ben Hines and Dale Seay of Spencer/Hines Properties were representatives in the sale of a 13,550-square-foot industrial building at 2530 Southport Road in Spartanburg. Southport Industrial purchased the building from Joe Elmore for $135,000.

Tabitha Cooper and Rob Howell of Avison Young Commercial Real Estate represented PS of Greenville LLC in the leasing of 12,000 square feet of industrial property at 2 Distribution Court in Greer from Tindlewood Properties. Mike Kiriakides of KDS Commercial Properties represented the landlord.

Benji Smith and Josh Tew of Flagship Properties represented ZMMR LLC in the selling of a 4,350-square-foot medical office building at 21 Brendan Way in Greenville to Atticus Investments LLC.

Lynn Spencer of Spencer/Hines Properties was a representative in the sale of 1 acre of land at 140 Rogers Commerce Boulevard in Boiling Springs. Mehta Enterprises Inc. purchased the land from Joseph Williams for $110,000.

Brian Young and Lyn Norton of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented RT Blackstock Complex LLC in the sale of two industrial buildings and 39.25 acres of property at 3001 N. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg. Crimson Palmetto Holdings LLC purchased the buildings.
