Andy Hayes and Ben Hines of Spencer/Hines Properties were representatives in the sale of 4,130 square feet of office space at 501 C Memorial Drive Ext. in Greer. Vimaligit Maur purchased the space from EJD LLC for $465,000.
Guy Harris of Spencer/Hines Properties was a representative in the sale of 6,792 square feet of retail space at 220 E. Henry St. in Spartanburg. JMS Asset Holdings LLC purchased the property from Triton Global Holdings LLC for $235,000.
Andy Hayes and Ben Hines of Spencer/Hines Properties were representatives in the sale of 11,000 square feet of industrial space at 8202 Maxwell Circle in Spartanburg. Weaver Properties purchased the space from Jim and Lynda Schall for $135,000.
Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Mountain City Land and Improvement Co. LLC in the leasing of 6,158 square feet of additional office space at INNOVATE, 148 River Street, Suite 100 in Greenville, to Oobe Uniforms & Apparel Inc.
Tony Bonitati, Kay Hill, Bern DuPree and Gwinna Cahal of NAI Earle Furman’s multifamily division represented Cedar Grove Capital in the purchase of Lions Gate Apartments in Mauldin. Kahuna Investments sold the property for $8.8 million. Kahuna was represented by Freddy Spencer of Century 21 out of Missouri.
Charlie Whitmire of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented Verizon Wireless in its lease of 192,884 square feet of space in Verizon Wireless Center at 701 Brookfield Parkway in Greenville.
