  • Richard Barrett and Brannan Hudson, of Colliers International, represented Second Half Properties LLC in the purchase of the 20,453-square-foot office building at 603 High Tech Court in Greer for $1.14 million from Rushing-Marlowe Properties Inc.
  • Frank Hammond of Colliers International represented Young Properties Inc. in the sale of a 4.74-acre parcel at 905 Laurens Road for $540,000 to Stratton Hills Properties LLC.
  • Rusty Hamrick, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the purchaser, Marion W. Francis Jr., in the purchase of 225.5 acres of land located at 4221 Highway 29 South from Ben May.
  • Hunter Garrett and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, JDP Greenville LLC, in the sale of a 4,800-square-foot investment property at 121 Commerce Boulevard to San Giusto Estate LLC.
  • Hunter Garrett, John Staunton, Rusty Hamrick and Hal Johnson, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the purchaser, 1939 Land Management LLC, in the purchase of a 206.49-acre property located at Old Dairy Road from FM2 Holdings, LLC.
