• Craig Jacobs, of Spencer/Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 255 Inglesby Parkway in Duncan between James Byers (Lessee) and Iron Properties (Lessor).
• Pete Brett and Sammy DuBose, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Verdae Properties LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of a 13,166-square-foot retail space at Marketplace Shopping Center, 2437 Laurens Road, to Scott Weiner d/b/a Kangaroo Jax (Tenant).
• Guy Harris and Guy Harris Jr., of Spencer/Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of 4,000 square feet of office space at 14 Oakvale Road in Greenville between Midsouth Mechanical (Lessee) and RHR Properties LLC (Lessor).
• John Gray Jr. and Drew Stamm, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the tenant, OBHG Management Services LLC, in leasing a 43,805-square-foot office space at 535 N. Pleasantburg Drive from Two Greenville Park LP.
• Hunter Garrett, John Staunton and Parks McLeod, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, 2355 Highway 101 LLC, in leasing a 3,000-square-foot industrial space at the Lakeside Business Center in Greer to Mission Grape Co.
