  • Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall, of Colliers International, represented Fort Dearborn Co. in the lease of 91,055 square feet at 100 N. Woods Drive in Fountain Inn from Third Generation SC LLC.
  • Scott Burgess and Lance Byars, of Colliers International, represented Doolittle Gallery LLC in the lease of office space at The Gallery, located at 605 Haywood Road, to iLoveKickboxing.
  • Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Jake Jensen and Travis Cornelius d/b/a Escape Game Unlimited LLC (tenant) in the leasing of a 2,600-square-foot retail space at Hampton Station, 1320 Hampton Ave. Ext., Unit 5A, in Greenville, from Oceana Rapid LLC (landlord).
  • Scott Jones and John Stathakis II, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the tenant, J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons LLC, in leasing a 5,006-square-foot office space at 79 Woodfin Place from First Bank.
  • Zach Hines and Bobby Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented both the landlord, Pain Alley LLC, and tenant, El Thrifty LLC, in leasing 7,311 square feet of space at 25 Delano Drive in Greenville, fronting the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The space will be built out as a restaurant/bar.
  • Zach Hines and Evan Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented both the landlord, Cherrydale Associates LLC and the tenant, Hun Manh Nguyen (nail salon), in leasing 1,000 square feet of retail space at 3275 N. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville.
