  • John Baldwin, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Hawkins Generation Skipping Trust, in the sale of an 11.82-acre property at 2300 Greer Highway in Travelers Rest from Bravo Alpha LLC.
  • John Gray, Jr. and Drew Stamm. of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Mountain Creek Associates, in the sale of a 9,014-square-foot Dollar General at 12920 Highway 76 W. in Hickory Tavern, to McVille Properties.
  • Zach Hines and Bobby Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented both the landlord, 500 East North LLC, and tenant, Hoffman and Hoffman Inc., in leasing 1,707 square feet of office space at 500 E. North St.
  • Zach Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented the landlord, Rallis Holdings LLC, in leasing 1,828 square feet of space at North Pointe Standard at 19 Mohawk Drive in Greenville to Blue Ridge Health LLC dba Maximized Living Chiropractic care.
  • John Odom and Rakan Draz, of Avison Young, represented WFC Travelers Rest LLC in the leasing of 1,342 square feet of retail space at 2 Benton Road in Travelers Rest to Upsell Pizza Inc.
  • Chris Prince and Rhett Craig, of Avison Young, represented 131 Falls Street LLC in the leasing of 6,504 square feet of office space at 131 Falls St. in Greenville to Arcpoint Occupational Services LLC.
