• Adam Padgett and Dillon Swayngim, of Lyons Industrial Properties, represented the landlord in the lease of 12,400 square feet of industrial space at 5951 Highway 221 in Roebuck between W.O. Cantey Services (Lessee) and Yarbrough Properties LLC (Lessor).
• Jackson Keith, Adam Padgett and Dillon Swayngim, of Lyons Industrial Properties, represented the sellers, Earthcraft Development Inc. and Greenspace Associates LLC, in the sale of 51 acres of land on Anderson Mill Road in Spartanburg to Mark III Properties LLC.
• Zach Hines and Bobby Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented both the landlord, 500 East North LLC, and tenant, CES LLC, in leasing 3,435 square feet of office space at 500 E. North Street.
• Zach Hines and Bobby Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented both the landlord, 500 East North LLC, and tenant, Discover Upcountry, in leasing 1,711 square feet of office space at 500 E. North Street.
• Rakan Draz and John Odom, of Avison Young, represented Wingspan Properties LLC in the leasing of 1,784 square feet of retail space at 11 Lois Ave. in Greenville to Ember Outfitters LLC.
• John Odom and Rakan Draz, of Avison Young, represented T & C Wake Greenville Inc. in the leasing of 2,075 square feet of retail space at 108 W. Broad St. in Greenville, from Sarah Day Hurley. Ashley Trantham of Lee & Associates represented the landlord.
