• Tim Satterfield, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented TNT Realty LLC in the sale of a 16,000-square-foot industrial building on 11.2 acres at 475 Burns Road in Spartanburg to Priority Rental Properties LLC.
• Wiley North, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Mark D. Naquin M.D. in the sale of a 900-square-foot office/retail building on .29 acre at 1941 Cannons Campground Road in Spartanburg to Brian T. Boyle, also represented by Wiley North.
• Kevin Pogue, Chris Harrison and Cole Morris, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, 3600 South Church LLC, in leasing a 16,000-square-foot industrial property at 119 Old Airport Road in Roebuck to Schmolz & Bickenback USA. 
• John Powell, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, Christina Camille LLC, in leasing a 2,515-square-foot retail space in Sullivan Square in Anderson to MSE Group LLC.
