  • Chris Prince and Rhett Craig, of Avison Young commercial real estate, represented Altera Mary Black LLC in the leasing of 3,559 square feet of office space at 1650 Skylyn Drive in Spartanburg, to Palmetto Infusion Services LLC, represented by Grayson Burgess of the Burgess Co.
  • Rob Howell, of Avison Young commercial real estate, represented Naturaland Trust in the purchase of 23 acres of land at 3 Tower Road in Greenville from Gospel Fellowship Association.
  • Jeff Day, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the Chi-offices at VME LLC in the sale of approximately 0.175 acres (5,000-square-foot pad) at The Village Market East at Five Forks in Simpsonville.
  • Towers Rice Jr., of NAI Earle Furman, represented the B&N Properties LLC in the sale of an 18,000-square-foot industrial property at 265 Buds Drive in Cowpens to Tekna Fill Inc.
  • Hunter Garrett, John Staunton and Parks McLeod, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the Craig and Kara LLC in the sale of an 11,000-square-foot industrial space at 346 Feaster Road in Greenville to Lucenda Components Inc.
