  • Chris Prince, Rhett Craig and Ned Reynolds, of Avison Young, represented Altera Mary Black LLC in a 10-year lease of 2,533 square feet of medical office space at the Mary Black MOB III, 1650 Skylyn Drive in Spartanburg, to Allure Medical Spa.
  • Jason P. Klue, of Spencer Hines Properties-Greenville, represented the seller M&R Chandler LLC, in the purchase of a 1,600-square-foot office building at 301 North Maple St., in Simpsonville, previously a residential house that will be converted to a professional office.
  • Towers Rice Jr., of NAI Earle Furman, represented Heavenly Care Services Inc., in the sale of 9.29 acres of land located at Mills Avenue in Greenville to Park West III Investors LLC.
  • Towers Rice Jr., of NAI Earle Furman, represented Green Tiger LLC in the sale of 11.91 acres located at Monroe Drive in Simpsonville to Monroe 153 LLC.
  • Bobby Miller, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the Lambrou family in leasing 2,000 square feet of retail and office space at 1565 Laurens Road in Greenville. The newly-updated space will house the corporate location for Ridge Media LLC, a data-driven content creation firm based in Greenville with a satellite office in Charleston.
