  • Jason P. Klue and Bobby Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties-Greenville, represented the Seller of 3,500 square feet for a restaurant, located at 107 S. Main St. in Downtown Greer.
  • Jason P. Klue, of Spencer Hines Properties-Greenville, represented the tenant JN’s Express Mart convenience store, for a lease of 2,540 square feet of retail space at 540 White Horse Road in Greenville.
  • Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen, of Colliers International, represented U.S. Flagship MOB-Enterprise LLC in the lease of office space at 10 Enterprise Blvd. to Michael S. Philips MD.
  • Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen, of Colliers International, represented BB&T in the lease of office space at 40 W. Broad St. in Greenville to Ortec Inc.
  • John Powell, Kevin Pogue and Keith Jones, of NAI Earle Furman, represented Grace Community Church of South Carolina in the purchase of the 17,776-square-foot ACT Theatre at 133 E. Whitner St. in Anderson from Friends of Alverson Center Theatre Inc.
  • Alex Campbell, of NAI Earle Furman, represented ACE Properties LLC, in the sale of an 11,200-square-foot industrial property at 19 Grant Park Place in Piedmont to THJR LLC.
