  • Towers Rice, of NAI Earle Furman, represented Harris Bridge LLC in the sale of a 28.07-acre property at Supreme Industrial Drive in Anderson to E&I Engineering USA Corp.
  • Chris Harrison and Ted Lyerly, of NAI Earle Furman, represented Coca-Cola Bottling Co. East LLC, in the sale of a 76,654-square-foot industrial space at 500 W. Main St. in Spartanburg. Cole Morris, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the purchaser, RMR Development LLC.
  • Robbie Romeiser, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of a 1,500-square-foot shop at 904 S. Jonesville Highway in Jonesville, to Michael Allblack from Saving, Carolina Division.
  • Lynn Spencer, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of 1,800 square feet of retail space at 3645 S. Spartanburg Highway in Wellford to AT&T from Brian Armstrong.
  • Lakin Parr, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the tenant, Sable Homes, in the lease of approximately 1,674 square feet at 11 Brendan Way in Greenville. Tyson Smoak, also of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the landlord, Front Street Greenville.
