• Tyson Smoak, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented Early Autism Project Inc. in the lease of approximately 2,750 square feet located at 1233 Eagles Landing Parkway in McDonough, Ga.
• Jeff Day, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented Falcon Real Estate Development in the purchase of approximately five acres of land on Salters Road in Greenville. Falcon Real Estate Development is developing the unimproved parcel into a 30-unit townhome development for Ryan Homes, which will break ground this year.
• Richard Barrett and Brannan Hudson, of Colliers International South Carolina, represented J&J Rose Enterprises LLC in the investment sale of the 35,000-square-foot 12 Park Place Court to Park Place Investments LLC for $1.9 million.
• Greyson Furnas and Dylan Abernathy, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of 3,172 square feet of office space at 156 S. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg, to Sapphire Leadership Group from H&D Holdings.
• Craig Jacobs, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of 5,000 square feet of retail space at 227 Cedar Spring Road in Spartanburg, to Total Family Care from North Greenville University.
