  • Pete Brett and Sammy DuBose, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Verdae Properties LLC in the renewal of a 45,562-square-foot retail space at Marketplace Shopping Center, 2465 Laurens Road in Greenville, for Jump-Greenville Inc., dba Sky Zone.
  • Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented B. Bracknell Shuler LLC in the leasing of a 3,272-square-foot office space at 429 Roper Mountain Road in Greenville, Building 100, Suite A, from BKD Capital LLC.
  • Lyn Tyner, of Colliers International, represented Hillside Partnership II in the sale of 10.72 acres on Rogers Bridge Road in Duncan for $350,000 to Residents Land Developers LLC.
  • Greyson Furnas, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of $42,500 of land at 385 Brawley St. in Spartanburg from Mill St. Holdings to Metcalf Development.
  • Guy Harris and Guy Harris Jr., of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of 3,200 square feet of space at 2426 S. Pine St. in Spartanburg, to Joseph and Lisa Parfitt from Patrick Pierkarski.
