• Christopher Prince, Rhett Craig and Ned Reynolds, of Avison Young, represented Allure Medical in the lease of 2,100 square feet of office space at 902 Fleming St.in Hendersonville, N.C., from Rockcliff Properties HVL LLC. Eric Engstrom, of Whitney Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord.
• Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Whitsett Street Investments LLC in the sale of a 3,600-square-foot office building on 0.21 acre at 115 Whitsett St. in Greenville to Stratus Building Solutions LLC.
• Guy Harris and Guy Harris Jr., of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of 3,000-square-feet of retail space at 713 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer between the seller, First Tennessee Bank, and the buyer, JRG Greer Inc.
• Guy Harris and Guy Harris Jr., of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of 1,915-square-feet of office space at 48 Parkway Commons Way in Greer, between the seller, IFS Holdings, and the buyer, Greene Investments.
