  • Rakan Draz and John Odom, of Avison Young, represented FFT Inc. in the sale of a 1,900-square-foot retail building at 31 Main St. in Inman, to Jessica Fogle. David Stuck of CBRE represented the buyer.
  • Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen, of Colliers International, represented Welltower Inc. in the lease of office space for Carolinas Center for Advanced Management of Pain at 10 Enterprise Boulevard in Greenville.
  • Dale Seay, Andy Hayes and Ben Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of 13.84 acres on Valley Falls Road in Spartanburg between the buyer, Higher Learning Housing, and the seller, Roy Hall Living Trust.
  • David Sigmon and Nicholas Sardone, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented 200 East Broad LLC (landlord) in lease renewal negotiations with Turner Padget Graham and Laney PA (tenant) for 11,405 square feet of office space at 200 E. Broad St., Suite 250, in Greenville.
