  • Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen, of Colliers International South Carolina, represented the Greenville Chamber of Commerce in the sale of 24 Cleveland St. in Greenville to 401 Pettigru Group LLC.
  • Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Hector Mendoza, of Colliers International South Carolina, represented Bourne Highway 81 LLC in the lease of 2,800 square feet at 1823 E. Greenville St. in Anderson to Sakura Japanese Restaurant.
  • Sammy DuBose, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented the landlord Thrift Group Inc. in lease renewal negotiations with tenant Ascendum Machinery Inc. for a 6,000-square-foot industrial building at 407 Oak Road in Piedmont.
  • Ben Hines and Andy Hayes, with Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of one acre of land at 230 North Grove Medical Park in Spartanburg between the seller, Spartanburg Office Associates and the buyer, FPD Properties.
  • Rakan Draz and John Odom, of Avison Young, represented Carolina Grant Properties LLC in the leasing of 3,651 square feet of flex space at 325 New Neely Ferry Road in Mauldin, to DigiPart LLC.
