• Ned Reynolds, Rhett Craig and Chris Prince, of Avison Young, represented Ganesh & Laxmi Inc. in the lease of a 1,040-square-foot office suite at 3523 Pelham Road in Greenville to PWG Partners Inc.
• Ned Reynolds, Rhett Craig and Chris Prince, of Avison Young, represented PGR Development in the purchase of a 1,200-square-foot office building at 120 Scenic Road in Anderson.
• Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented the landlord, Mountain City Land and Improvement Co. LLC, in lease renewal negotiations with the tenant, BDV Investment LLC, for a 2,883-square-foot office space at 148 River St., Suite 202, Innovate in Greenville.
• Lynn Spencer and Craig Jacobs, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of 1.1 acres of land at 2204 Chesnee Highway in Spartanburg between the buyer, SCIGMA LLC, and the seller, Circle K Stores.
• Dale Seay and Robbie Romeiser, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of 2.31 acres at 451-465 Garvin Lake Road in Gaffney between the buyer, HCR Holdings, and the seller, SC Residential.
