• Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented James F. Brehm in the purchase of a 1,386-square-foot office building on 0.27 acre at 308 W. Stone Ave. in Greenville, from 308 West Stone LLC.
• Graham Howle, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Endeavour Enterprises LLC in the purchase of a 7,000-square-foot retail building on 0.6 acre at 4913 White Horse Road in Greenville, from The Estate of Lloyd R. Cato Sr.
• Avison Young commercial real estate is pleased to announce that Rakan Draz and John Odom, of Avison Young, represented Winward Partners IV LP in the lease of a 1,500-square-foot retail space at 5018 Old Spartanburg Road in Taylors, to Paradigm Health Group. Lakin Parr, of Pintail Capital, represented the tenant.
