Shopping center under new ownership

Listen to this articleBlalock Springs Shopping Center in Boiling Springs is now under new ownership. Mark Medical Search LLC sold the center to Blalock Springs LLC for $2.35 million. The 9,950-square-foot retail center was 100% occupied at the time of the sale, according to a news release.
Dail Longaker, director of investment and advisory services for Trinity Partners, represented Mark Medical Search in the sale.
In January 2017 the Blalock Springs Shopping Center was 22% occupied when Longaker sold it to Mark Medical Search for $1.45 million, the release said.
“In approximately 12 months, we were able to stabilize the occupancy and subsequently sold the retail center for $2.35 million,” he said, in the release.
