• Andy Hayes and Ben Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of a 2,552-square-foot retail space at 14 Roper Mountain Road in Greenville, between the seller, Coleman Young and the buyer, Budnar Properties.
• Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Flatiron Partners LLC in the purchase of 0.97 acre at 256 S. Pleasantburg Drive, from Appian-Pleasantburg LLC.
• Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented AMCO Properties LLC in the purchase of a 2,100-square-foot retail building at 3703 White Horse Road from Paul D. Carter, Floride G. Carter and R. L. Carter.
• Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Hector Mendoza, of Colliers International, represented Caprocq in the lease of 2,421 square feet at 15 S. Main Street to Ivy Salon.
