Tropical Grille is moving from its current location at 1941 Woodruff Road to 1628 Woodruff Road, according to a news release. Property owner James Lalas sold the 3,200-square-foot building to Tropical Grille for $950,000.
“This is a great opportunity for Tropical Grille to own their space instead of leasing,” said Frank Hammond, of Colliers International, in the release. “Their new location is in a popular suburban area, so the visibility they will have is going to continue to be good for business.”
Hammond represented the seller in the transaction.
The new location is a stand-alone building, whereas Tropical Grille’s current location on Woodruff Road is part of a smaller shopping center, according to the release.
