• Tyson Smoak, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the tenant, Six and Twenty Distillery, in the lease of 5,380 square feet at 556 Perry Ave. in Greenville.
• Ross Kester, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the landlord, Wood Street Properties LLC, in the lease of 8,714 square feet at 225 E. Wood St. in Spartanburg.
• Keith Jones and McNeil Epps, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, PE Properties LLC, in leasing a 2,615-square-foot office space at 600 E. North St., Suite 103, in Greenville, to Jordan Construction Co.
• Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Little Italy Restaurant LLC in the purchase of a 1,800-square-foot retail building on 0.98 acre at 2900 Pelzer Highway in Easley, from Zenny C. McCall.
