  • Frank Hammond, of Colliers International, represented Apex Bank in the sale of 1.1 acres at 5630 Highway 76 in Pendleton to Enigma Corp.
  • Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison, of Colliers International, represented ECPI University LLC in the lease of 30,769 square feet of office space at 1001 Keys Drive in Greenville.
  • John Odom and Rakan Draz, of Avison Young, represented WFC Travelers Rest LLC in the leasing of 1,336 square feet of retail space at 2 Benton Road in Travelers Rest to Yahya Almanifi and Kateba Nagi. Karl Nelson, of NAI Beverly Hanks, represented the tenant.
  • Mike Kiriakides, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Pronk Studios in the lease of a video production facility located in the Highland Business Park at 355 Woodruff Road in Greenville.
  • Tyson Smoak, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey LLC in the purchase of a 23,000-square-foot office building at 24 Cleveland St. in Greenville.
