  • Rhett Craig, Chris Prince and Ned Reynolds, of Avison Young, represented Well Care Home Health of the Upstate Inc. in the lease of a 2,270-square-foot medical office space at 1200 Woodruff Road in Greenville from Zeta Partnership. Mark Vanvick, of Vanvick Property Group LLC, represented the landlord.
  • Ross Kester, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the seller, Wells Fargo Advisors Trust, in the sale of an Arby’s restaurant at 1004 E. Butler Road in Greenville.
  • Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall, of Colliers International, represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease of 100,000 square feet of industrial space at 625 S. Old Piedmont Road in Greenville to Chempak International Inc.
  • Shannon Caldwell, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the tenant, Southern Way Catering, in leasing a 3,820-square-foot retail space at 301 Haywood Road, Suite 2, in Greenville, from DHM-301 Haywood Road LLC.
  • Jim Brown, of Flagship Properties, represented Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union in the purchase of 2.38 acres on Ashmore Bridge Road in Mauldin for a new branch office.
